It’s almost 2011 & I’m already excited to start creating the new year!

But before heading towards the drawing board, I discovered a bug in the system that has been sabotaging a lot of my efforts for so long.

When I looked back at the ‘goals’ I wanted to achieve some two years back, I see how I was addressing a HUGE chunk of work at a time. I wanted to eat that proverbial elephant, the entire one of it, without really knowing  where to begin or how to go about doing it. Knowing which direction I wanted to go helped me get some stuff done in the important areas alright,  but it was frustrating for staggered progress.

BUT THEN! I was thunderstruck when I discovered that I can actually reach these goals in lightening speed [well, compared to before] when I IDENTIFY just 1 CORE TINY STEP & repeat it every single day!

** Important thing to remember: The step needs to be tiny enough for you to do it everyday, at least regularly.

What took me two years of patience, frustration & confusion to achieve [some never got done just because I lost sight for the sheer length of the wait!], can be done with something like one-fourth of the time & effort!

Well, that’s the way I’m going this year!
